Relate shipped on 30 August 2026. It is new. No customer counts, testimonials, uptime figures or certifications are claimed, because none exist yet.
Your own keys for email, SMS and payments; the model on your key or ours at cost plus 4%
Email, SMS and payments are bring-your-own-key: your Stripe, your Resend or Twilio. We do not resell them inside the price. The AI model runs on your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, or, on request, on ours at provider cost plus a disclosed handling fee, on a line-by-line monthly usage statement with a cap you set.
It does not run unattended
The assistant drafts and, on approval, acts. It does not run unattended.
Data residency is a tier
Data residency and a dedicated instance are available as a tier; the free tier runs on the shared platform.
Sync from the other workflows is one-way, not real time
Contacts the front desk or back office captured with consent are pushed into your Relate workspace on a schedule, with automatic retries and a visible queue, and a new contact, a deal moving stage or a note in Relate can start an automation. It is one-way and not real time, and the two are separate logins today.
