The path every round takes

Proof, scan by scan.

Foreman replaces trust-me with a verifiable record.

How a patrol round becomes a verifiable record QR checkpoints are placed, the guard clocks in and scans as he walks. Each scan passes four proofs: selfie at clock-in, a real code not a photo, a time and GPS stamp, and the pace of the round. A rushed or faked round is flagged. Otherwise it is logged as a verifiable record. The real problem

Attendance you can trust. Patrols you can prove. Payroll that runs itself.

When something goes missing, the first question is: was he actually patrolling? Built for security companies with 10 to 500 guards, and for estates, factories, and farms that run their own.

The detail

Your client is paying for a guard to walk the rounds all night. When something goes missing, the first question is: was he actually patrolling? A logbook signature proves nothing. Foreman replaces trust-me with a verifiable record, scan by scan, and turns it into something you can sell. Built for security companies with 10 to 500 guards, and for estates, factories, and farms that run their own.

What it does · Warden

Patrol proof: the wedge that wins security contracts.

Guards need nothing but the phone they already carry.

1Patrol proof

QR checkpoints placed around the site, scanned every hour. Each scan is timestamped and GPS-stamped.

2Fake-patrol detection

Three checkpoints scanned in three minutes gets flagged. Photographed QR codes do not work.

3WhatsApp everything

Check-ins, incident reports with photos, payslips, and daily activity reports, all over WhatsApp.

4Attendance & payroll

From clock-in to salary sheet to payslip, in one flow.

5Client portal

Your client logs in and sees patrols, incidents, and reports for their site only. proof becomes a product

6Forms & checklists

Every routine that used to live on paper, captured and filed.

The detail

Patrol inspections, gatehouse opening and closing, vehicle logs, photo evidence. Every routine that used to live on paper, captured and filed.

Attendance · Muster

Clock-in on any phone. No hardware, no buddy punching.

Workers scan a gate QR to clock in and out. Hours, overtime, and shortfalls are calculated for you.

◷QR clock in and out

Selfie capture at clock-in stops one worker punching in for another.

∑Hours done for you

A late worker is flagged, not missed. Cross-midnight shifts and rest days handled.

🗓Leave and holidays

Workers request leave over WhatsApp; you approve in a tap. Casual, sick, and annual leave, gazetted holidays auto-detected.

Payroll · Muster

Attendance becomes payroll. Month-end is a review, not a rebuild.

The same clock-ins roll into the salary sheet.

The detail

The same clock-ins roll into the salary sheet. Advances, loan installments, overtime, and bonuses are applied for you. Payslips go out on WhatsApp, and a bank-transfer file exports in one click.

₨From clock-in to payslip

Days worked, overtime, and deductions flow straight into net pay. The engine is tested against real months from a payroll record that runs more than eleven years without a gap.

↺Advances and loans

Loan installments auto-deducted each month, with a full amortization schedule.

✎Payslips and bank file

Formatted payslips sent to each worker over WhatsApp, and a CSV bank-transfer file for the whole run in one click.

How it works

One visit to set up. Proof from the first night.

Step 1We print and place the QR checkpoints

Mapped with you, mounted along the patrol route.

Step 2Guards scan as they walk

One scan on any phone.

Step 3Everything flows through WhatsApp

Where your supervisors already are.

Step 4Attendance becomes payroll

Payslips go out the same way.

Proven on our own operations

We run our own site on Foreman.

This is working software we depend on ourselves, not a demo built for a pitch.

The detail

Foreman was built for the family's own manufacturing business. Before the payroll engine went live it had to reproduce real months from that company's payroll record, a run of more than eleven years of consecutive approvals, every month since 2018 pre-audited by an outside firm. The attendance and patrol modules are used at our own site. This is working software we depend on ourselves, not a demo built for a pitch.
