Is it up, and what happens when it is not.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
What this page covers
- app.feerasta.ai: the platform, where your workspace, approvals, channels and exports live.
- feerasta.ai: this website, delivered by Cloudflare.
- relate.feerasta.ai: Relate, the client portal and CRM.
Each is checked every five minutes by an independent monitor. The live checks are public at stats.uptimerobot.com. A phone line or WhatsApp number provisioned for your workspace depends on the carrier as well as on us; a carrier incident is reported here when it affects you.
How incidents are communicated
- Email to workspace owners. When the platform is down or a customer-facing agent is answering wrongly, the founder emails every workspace owner from hello@feerasta.ai saying what is affected, what we know, and when the next update comes.
- This page is updated. An open incident is written at the top of this page while it lasts, and stays here afterwards with what happened and what changed.
- Security incidents that involve personal data are notified to the affected customer without undue delay and in any event within 72 hours of us becoming aware, as the data processing agreement says.
How to report a problem
If something looks down or wrong and this page does not say so yet, email hello@feerasta.ai. Something that has stopped a business working is handled outside support hours too. Support hours, first-response times and the escalation path (there is one step, the founder) are on the security page.
Security reports go to security@feerasta.ai. What to expect is at /.well-known/security.txt; we acknowledge within two business days.
Uptime history
Uptime history publishes here once ninety days of measurement exist. Until then we do not print a percentage, and Business tier SLA terms are published on request rather than advertised.
Incidents
No incidents recorded on this page yet. When one is, it appears here with the date, what was affected, how long it lasted, and what we changed.
Questions: hello@feerasta.ai. The plain-language version of what we keep, export and delete is on the trust page.
