Lease faster, miss nothing, and run the portfolio on AI.
A done-for-you AI suite for owners, developers, and leasing teams, delivered as one suite, tuned to your portfolio.
It answers or it defers.
Every inquiry is answered from your rules and qualified, or the desk says it will come back with the answer.
Pick a scenario, or any box.
Scroll the diagram sideways to see the whole path.
The deals are won between the emails.
In CRE, the edge is speed and never missing a date. That is exactly where AI earns its keep.

Turn a space's photos into a cinematic walkthrough that prospects and their brokers can tour before they book a site visit.
The detail
We build it from your LoopNet or CREXi listing, your leasing brochure, or the photos you already have. Cinematic camera work on real photos, no 3D scan required.
Attach it to the availability, the email blast, and the deal page in your suite.
What this is worth, in hours and dollars.
Not a claim, the published 2026 results from firms already running AI across leasing and asset management.
The ranges are theirs, not ours. Our own numbers are the ones on this page marked as estimates.
The basis and the sources
Conservative basis: 80% of lease-abstraction time saved (published range is 70-90%), AI abstraction at $25 a lease versus your by-hand cost, and 2 hours per week per property of asset-management busywork (lease admin, CAM, reporting, critical dates). Published figures cite 10+ hours per week per manager, so real savings usually run higher. We would rather under-promise.
Sources: JLL's lease-abstraction deployment with Leverton and Cadastral for the 60% labour reduction and the missed escalation clauses; JLL's Global Real Estate Technology Survey for adoption; and McKinsey, Where AI is creating real value in real estate, for the NOI, operating cost and cycle-time range. The ranges are theirs, not ours. Our own numbers are the ones on this page marked as estimates.

How a new partner earns your trust.
The engine behind this is measured against 148 commercial leases filed publicly with the SEC, and the count of what it could not read is published alongside what it could. See the measurement.
Try it before you commit
Everything on this page is live, not a mockup.
Proof on your own portfolio
We test the work against your own past availabilities and leases before anything goes live, so the value is shown, not promised.
Month-to-month, you own it all
Cancel any time. Your data is yours, never sold, never used to train a shared model.
A monthly ROI report
Each month you get the hours and the dollars we saved you in writing. If it isn't earning its keep, you'll see it.
Start with one tool, or scope the whole suite.
Flat pricing, month to month, and your data exports at any time. Monthly lines are month to month; the marketing package carries a one-time build fee, both stated with the price. Prices shown in your local currency.
What this does not do.
Here is the other half, so nothing surfaces after you have signed.
It does not know your vacancy
Availability, suite inventory and asking rates come from you, once, at setup. Numbers in a demonstration are examples. We will not guess at your portfolio in writing.
It does not touch your investor portal
If your LP reporting runs on Juniper Square, Investran or similar, this sits alongside it and reads none of it. Capital data stays where your CFO put it.
It is not a brokerage
We send you no deals and take no commission. If you are a principal, the system serves your own assets. If you need deal flow, that is a different kind of firm.
The savings figures are estimates
The calculator above uses your inputs against published industry ranges, and it says which is which. It is a basis for a conversation, not a forecast, and not a number to underwrite against.
It answers or it defers, never invents
Asked something not in your data, the desk says it will come back with the answer rather than producing a plausible one. A system that guesses a parking ratio in front of a tenant rep costs you the relationship.
Bring us your portfolio. We'll show you where the hours and the deals are hiding.
On a 15-minute call we'll map your stack to the suite and show you the fastest win.
