How model usage is paid. Your employee drafts with an AI model, and that usage is separate from the monthly fee. Either connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and the provider bills you directly, or, on request, use ours: we pay the provider from our account, which reloads automatically, and invoice you monthly for only your usage at provider cost plus a handling fee of 4%, on a line-by-line statement down to tokens and cost. You set your own spend cap, and your usage runs in its own provider workspace so the statement can be checked against the provider's record. Usage invoices are paid by bank transfer, ACH or card.
