- Free: USD 0. One workflow of any type, draft-only, nothing sends, pays or files. No card.
- Team: USD 149 per month for one workflow live, 99 per extra workflow, 449 for all five. Unlimited seats and approvers, owner / approver / member roles with email invites, approvals queue, consent and opt-out ledger, JSON data export and audit-log export, monthly verification report.
- Business: USD 999 per month (CAD 1,300), month to month with no contract, plus a one-time onboarding fee of USD 499 (CAD 649, EUR 499) waived on yearly prepay, with a named onboarding contact. All five workflows, written security-questionnaire answers, published subprocessors, a data processing agreement signed on request, automations from trigger to action (installed as drafts), tenant-scoped API keys and signed webhooks, JSON and audit-log export. Coming, labelled as such and not sold as shipped: SSO, finer roles, an uptime SLA and a Canadian data region.
- Private and Enterprise: Sovereignty Assessment from USD 5,000 (CAD 6,500), credited to the build, then scoped build and a committed annual engagement invoiced monthly.
- Natural-voice minutes are billed at cost (carrier plus voice provider), itemised, never marked up. Text and web chat have no per-conversation cost.
- AI model usage is separate from the plan price and arises only from drafting that waits for approval (customer conversations make no model call). Either the customer's own OpenAI or Anthropic key, billed by that provider directly, or, available on request and not yet self-serve, Feerasta's provider account at provider cost plus a disclosed handling fee of 4%, on a line-by-line monthly usage statement, with auto-reload on Feerasta's account, a per-client provider workspace for reconciliation, and a spend cap the customer sets. Usage invoices are paid by bank transfer, ACH or card.

## What is true and what is not (for honest answers)

- True: self-serve signup creates a workspace and a draft-only trial; QuickBooks connect runs a first review; customers author, test and trace workflows in the console; eight industry templates exist; Relate is live; draft-first everywhere; no model call on customer conversations; an on-prem option exists; a monthly verification report is derived from the human approval trail, not self-graded.
- Also true (in the product today): owner / approver / member roles with email invites, and drafts approved inside the product by an owner or approver; workflows and channels authored in the portal, every channel starting switched off; a backtest of the customer's own history gating channel activation; every workflow running on the customer's timezone; a consent record per person per channel, with STOP on any channel revoking every channel; an AI disclosure line naming the customer's business on the first turn of a call or text (the customer can turn it off, at their own liability); a per-workspace retention period with a nightly purge; JSON export of the workspace with secrets redacted; scheduled deletion with a 30-day cancellation window; audit-log export; a provider disclosure inside the product; a model key the customer brings, or none; a per-workspace transfer number so a caller who asks for a human is transferred or leaves a message; a website or Google-profile import that drafts the first configuration from sourced fields only.
